About Us

Meet Our Team

Elements Holistic Wellness was the first integrated wellness clinic in Clackamas County. We are passionate about providing one-stop holistic care for any need. That is why we offer every type of treatment, including those treatments falling under Traditional Chinese Medicine like acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, qigong, gua sha, tui na, herbalism, nutrition, and more. We also believe that other treatment opportunities work synergistically with TCM. Because of this, we provide massage therapy, manual therapies, cranial sacral therapy, guided imagery, color breathing, pranic healing, and more. We have also established a network of medical professionals and can help facilitate outside therapies as needed.

We are deeply committed to supporting local artists and craftspeople. You can find out more about our favorite local products and additional offerings here at Elements Holistic Wellness by giving us a call or coming in. We would love to see you here!

In 2000 she opened the first integrated wellness clinic in Clackamas County – Elements Holistic Wellness. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, My’chell brings a focused and compassionate quality to her practice.

My’chell is passionate about providing the best care possible to her patients. That is why she not only has a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine but consistently continues her education. My’chell has certifications in Full-Spectrum Therapeutic Aromatherapy, Energetic Hara Diagnosis, and Guided Color Imagery Therapy.

Some of My’chell’s many areas of focus are fertility and pregnancy issues, chronic pain, gastrointestinal conditions like heartburn, reflux and GERD; urinary concerns, IBS, constipation, diabetes, neuropathies, chemotherapy side effects and other toxic environmental agents, addiction, fatigue, and mood issues such as depression, bi-polar disorder, ADD, ADHD, anxiety, OCD and insomnia.

When she’s not at the clinic treating her patients, she’s spending time with her family and her three kitties. She loves to travel, enjoys good food and music with family and friends, and tickles her creativity through decorating, gardening and dancing.

My’Chell is dedicated to the “three Rs” of acupuncture: Release your pain, Revive your hope, and Restore your life.
